How It Works
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crafty Cat Customs! Crafty Cat Customs ships all of our orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Processing and Delivery Times All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Customized or personalized products are made to order; these orders will receive an email with the date the order will be completed. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, following project completion, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the appropriate carrier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. Customs Fees and Import Taxes Crafty Cat Customs is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). The Fine Print
Thank you for shopping at Crafty Cat Customs! We strive to provide quailty products and acheive the highest customer satisfaction. However, if you find you are unhappy with your purchace, you have options: If the product you have purchased has not been customized or personalized, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 calendar days of your purchase, if 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges •Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. •The item must be in the original packaging. •To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. •Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. •If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the button below. Exempt Goods Due to the nature of the products available at Crafty Cat Customs, returns may not always be accepted. The following are exempt from refunds: •Gift cards •Some personal care items •Customized or personalized products Partial refunds •Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days as determined by the payment method. Late or missing refunds •If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. •If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the button below. Shipping •Instructions for returning the product will be sent to you via email. •You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. •Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. •Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. •We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you purchase shipment tracking and insurance.
